Enjoy a range of chicken, pork, beef, lamb, rabbit, fish and vegetable dishes. Local favourites include Banski staretz, kapama, sweet stuffed wine leaves, fresh trout in tomato sauce, fish ‘on a tile’, mussels, roasted lamb with drob-sarma and home-made banitza.
