Booking terms
- A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. Once your booking request is received we will conatct you with either a postal address where you can send a cheque or alternatively our bank account details so that you can make a direct payment.
- Any CANCELLATION must be made first by telephone, followed by a confirming email. Your deposit money will be forfeited. A refund of the rest of the amount that has been paid will be based on the number of nights we are able to rebook.
- We recommend travel insurance since once final payment is received, refunds will only be issued if we are able to rebook your vacation nights. You may want to consider www.travelguard.com. Travel insurance protects your deposit as well as the cost of your accommodations.
